JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for technical support in process and equipment development of solar fabrication at the end users (or customers). Job duties include process development, Best Know Method transfer, process demonstration and qualification at customers’ facility, constructing/executing experiments, analyzing results, writing technical reports and recommendations and summarizing, presenting and communicating to customers.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum BS degree in materials, chemistry, physics, engineering or other related science. Preferred degree plus 2 years direct experience in technical industries including experience in process development: semiconductor, solar, LED, automotive, aerospace, chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing involving repair, troubleshooting and process development in support of complex electromechanical machinery.
Preferred experience with High Vacuum process, such a CVD, plasma etch, PVD, Sputtering-Dep, Ion Implant and/or with Process Metrology and characterization such as ellipsometer/reflectometer. TXRF, XRR/XRD, SEM, resistivity and stress. Solar Cell Characterization such as IV, QE, Lifetime etc, DE (Design of Experiment) process monitoring Data analysis Solar Cell fabrication
