Description

The qualified individuals will be responsible to service the day to day needs of introducing broker dealer clients including answering general questions received via phone queue, fax or email, reviewing paperwork, resolving time sensitive issues and assisting with process improvements. The applicant should be detail oriented and organized. Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, strong systems knowledge, fact finding analysis and the ability to multi-task. Act as an advocate for clients across the firm. Establish and cultivate relationships with clients. Must be able to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent verbal/written communication skills a must. Client facing experience desired.

Qualifications

College degree. 2+ years work experience in a related brokerage environment. Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred.
