Provide superior service to internal and external clients, including other Pershing departments/lines of business, independent investment advisors and introducing broker dealers. Follow-up on information required to process requested transactions. Respond to questions and resolve issues within scope of knowledge and authority. Responsible for accuracy and timeliness of own work. Work must be processed within established time frames, in accordance with service standards, and SEC rules and regulations. Customer contacts must be handled with the highest level of customer service. Contacts are routine and within established guidelines. Works in a collaborative team environment and is a positive influence within a team model structure. Comply with Firm operational guidelines and policies following all rules and regulations of the regulatory agencies as well as Firm policy and procedure. Ensure that work is accurately and efficiently processed while providing service to clients. Follow service excellence standards and best practices. Escalate client issues and complaints on operational matters to management, when necessary. Have the ability to work on multiple trade issues, customer issues and projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree preferred
