Customer Promotions Assistant
My client is a leading multinational pharmaceutical company based in Dublin.

Description:
Working within the Creative Services department in close collaboration with the Customer Promotions Manager, the Customer Promotions Assistant reports directly to the Customer Support Multi-Channel Marketing Manager and has responsibility for:
Design, development and production of customer-related materials;
Localization of globally and regionally developed marketing materials;
Leadership: consistently demonstrating Company Leadership Behaviors in performing all responsibilities and actively participation in strategy development and implementation in the organization;
Compliance/Health Safety: ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with all Company Compliance and/or Health Safety standards as applicable.

Responsibilities:
Localizes globally/regionally developed marketing materials to reflect Irish requirements
Localization of product marketing materials ensuring applicability/compliance for the Irish market
Co-ordinates Company and product advertising
Design, layout artwork production for corporate stationery, business cards and internal communications
Designs, develops and produces customer-related materials
Liaises with local marketing/sales teams and external customers to ensure project objectives are met through:
— frequent and proactive communication with stakeholders
— project planning with Customer Promotion Manager and stakeholders
— design, layout and artwork production
Ensure that all activities of the role are conducted in accordance with all Company Compliance/Health Safety standards
Ensure compliance with metrics specific to the role as specified within individual and departmental objectives
Maintain enhance Trust Value of Company amongst all stakeholders such as colleagues, competitors, customers and, patients

Skill Requirements:
— Expert use of Adobe Creative Suite 5+ software and Apple Macintosh hardware
— Working knowledge of Flash/Dreamweaver and basic video editing/recording
— Expert artwork and print production
— High level of creativity and self motivation
— Excellent attention to detail with strong typography
— Project management / planning skills
— Communication skills

Education Experience:
Up to 4 years' graphic design experience in a Design/Advertising agency or in-house creative department, preferred
Degree in Design/Visual Communication preferred
Fluent in verbal and written English
CV and portfolio and/or examples of work in PDF format sought
