Customer Proposition Manager
A new role has arisen for an accomplished proposition manager to join a quintessential British high street name. This business has a long history of delivering excellence in customer service and is looking for similarly minded individuals.
Representing a unique opportunity to work across offerings in the retail, financial services and telecommunications sectors, this role will deliver not only top level positioning and value propositions for each sector but also work to bundle offerings to maximise customer value. Close work with the product and insight teams will be essential as this role represents the "voice of the customer" within the business. You will work to understand the changing demographic of the company's customer base and the long term strategic requirements and develop propositions accordingly.
A graduate or with equivalent experience you will have considerable previous experience of customer centred proposition development. A strong understanding of customer insight and ability to deliver propositions that can fulfil short term objectives as well as long term strategy are essential skill sets. Experience of multiple industry sectors, especially retail or financial services will be advantageous.
