Customer Proposition Mgr, Rates & Money Markets
- Analyze the competitive
landscape and identify strategic opportunities aimed at growing the
business. - Originate, specify
requirements for, provide domain expertise and apply the results of
competitive analysis, including engagement with customers. - Obtain customer
feedback, running pilot and prototypes etc. to input into propositions
and/or strategy, including market research and testing. - Define Market
Requirements Specification (MRS) and Product Requirement Specification
(PRS) in conjunction with customer engagement activities. - Ensure PRS/ MRS
documents are accurately fed into FI product management's pipeline. - Work with FI marketing
to direct the execution of strategy, in part by developing, promoting,
supporting and monitoring customer messages and integrated marketing and
sales campaigns. - Optimize day-to-day
global interaction with GSSO. Present the proposition highlights during
monthly meetings. Ensure the user selling points are clear both internally
and externally and that needs are channeled back as clear requirements. - Conduct business
promotional activities: attend industry conferences, sales calls, client
meetings to align the Rates desktop business priorities to customer needs.

Required Skills, Knowledge and
Education:
- College Graduate +
Minimum 5 years experience working within financial markets or related Rates
subject matter. - Experience must include a
keen understanding of financial markets, financial math, fixed income cash
and derivative products and workflows within the various groups that
invest in them. - Strong understanding of
the Thomson Reuters product suite; working knowledge of Adfin, Matlab and
PPPro applications is a plus. - Demonstrates a
disciplined approach as well as creativity in meeting user requirements.
