Customer Propositions Manager recruitment
In this role you will bring product strategy to life through the development and deployment of new propositions and initiatives.
Key requirements of the Customer Propositions Manager will be:
- Support and input into the development and management of the strategic plan for Commercial Cards.
- Undertake the development and delivery of new customer propositions, working with external vendors and partners to source best in market solutions at optimal pricing.
- Develop an effective measure of customer satisfaction (internal and external) across all customer segments. Ensure that this can be monitored and measured effectively and that plans are introduced to increase it whilst still maintaining profitability levels.
- Develop and manage the delivery of the 5 year strategic plan for 3rd party income streams for all Commercial Card Products.
To succeed, you will need to demonstrate:
- Proven ability to develop and deliver strategic plans
- Product / Propositions Development and Management experience
- A good understanding of other business areas including Risk, Operations, Marketing
- A wealth of commercial experience (preferably in banking, business or finance industries)
