Customer Protection Sales Consultant
My client is a UK leader in Retail Banking providing first class products and services to customers throughout.
They are looking for enthusiastic and proactive sellers to provide an outstanding service to new and existing customers. You will assess the needs and demands of these customers, and advise them on the best products to protect their future.
This role will involve constant customer contact, dealing with inbound calls.
You must be able to engage with customers and build excellent relationships.
These relationships will allow you to promote and sell appropriate products, and whilst doing so, achieve challenging yet rewarding targets.
You must be able to work effectively in a fast paced environment and manage your own workload, taking responsibility for everything you do.
This function operates six days of the week and you will work a six week rotation, involving 12pm - 8pm during the week.
