Customer Quality Engineer Job

Responsibities:

Internal Coordination
(i) Apply sound engineering analysis to initiate projects with manufacturing plant / related department to identify and address repeat product failures or needed process improvements
(ii) Perform routine Quality Assurance roles and responsibilities when needed to support activities such as coordinate Quality Alerts issued by plant, customer audit to manufacturing plant, gather quality reports or document requested by customers, PPAP's, Deviations, etc.
(iii) To coordinate with Sales and Customer Service to ensure Sales and Customer Service are aware of the quality issues and plan for good parts delivery to give our best support to customer.
(iv) To perform task assigned by Supervisor.

Client Relationship Development Maintenance
(i) Create and maintain good client relationship.
(ii) Assessing customer specific quality requirements on product, process and service. Creating awareness within TE organization on these specific requirements and feed
