Due to substantial growth within this organisation, our client, one of Australia's leading wealth management organisations, is seeking driven Customer Relation Consultants to service their customers.

As a Customer Relation Consultants you will predominantly be responsible for handling inbound enquiries from existing retail customers. You will excel in building relationships, and have a passion for solving problems and ensuring excellence in customer service.  You will be prepared to take responsibility for ensuring client satisfaction, and ensure accurate information is provided and recorded, and deadlines are met.

This role is ideal for an individual who loves dealing with people and who wishes to begin their career in the finance sector.

In order to be successful you will possess:
• A qualification, or currently working towards a qualification in: finance, business or economics.  This could include a certificate or a degree qualification.
• Demonstrated customer service experience in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Personal attributes that include being driven, motivated, and articulate.
• Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to going the extra mile for your customers.
• A willingness to take responsibility for problem solving on behalf of your customers
• The ability to work on a rotating roster between 8am and 8pm EST (Monday to Friday).
