Work Life:
As the Customer Experience/Relations Associate your role will be :
Manage customer relations and ensure customer concerns are successfully addressed.
Develop and implement, with the assistance of the team, customer retention programs. Follow up with customers to ensure they had a great experience at Yorkdale Volkswagen.
Contribute to ensuring Yorkdale Volkswagen continues to be a great place to work. Manage staff training programs that will inspire and continue the professional development of the team. Develop and implement motivational programs including social events.
The must haves – qualifications:
Customer service experience in retail or hospitality industry.
Success in creating a inspirational team environment.
Successfully completed College Diploma or University Degree.
