Working in an inbound environment, dealing with complex products and services, exceptional communication skills, ability to build rapport and show empathy to customers in a difficult time are all attributes essential to this future job opportunity.

- Ability to navigate multiple systems in a contact centre environment

Flexibility to be available to start from 30th of April , work a shift roster Monday to Saturday and fulltime hours and work from home are essential. Previous experience in either a customer service contact centre, financial services, wealth or risk or dealing with complex products and services will be advantageous.
