Customer Relations Executive

My client are a new and forward thinking banking organisation with a refreshing outlook on the industry. They are keen to recruit a Customer Relations Executive to help ensure customer satisfaction and maintain working relationships. 

The main objective of this role will be the effective handling of customer complaints and the careful management of any customer experience issues. You will be expected to communicate any points raised to the relevant department and help to identify trends and potential training needs across the business. You will be responsible for the production of detailed management information and must be comfortable when delivering feedback to staff and Managers. 

To be considered for this position you must have experience of working in a dedicated complaint handling team within a banking or financial services organisation. You must be a strong communicator who can confidently present to all levels of the business. You must be confident, well presented and capable of representing my client in a professional manner.
