SIMS Claims Services is a claims management service which supports the claims for our Swiftcover brand. Swiftcover and SIMS are both distinct brands that operate under AXA Personal Lines. The relationship between Swiftcover and SIMS has been influential in the growth of the personal lines business and SIMS will be instrumental in supporting our ambitions in the direct insurance market.
We now have an opportunity for a Customer Relations Executive to join the team here in Tunbridge Wells. We are looking for someone ideally from a Customer Relations background or someone with strong administration / coordination experience.
The role
In this role you will support Customer Service and Compliance to reduce and effectively manage complaints.
The role holder will:
- Manage the workflow of complaints
- Investigate and conclude advanced Financial Ombudsman Service complaints
- Feedback triggers of complaints to appropriate business leaders in a positive manner
- Assist and support customer service coordinators
- Manage and maintain an in-house database
- Collate appropriate documentation for submission to FOS / other industry bodies
- Ad hoc administration duties as required
