Customer Relations Manager
due to increased volume of our Service, Parts, and Body Shop Departments, we seek a professional to serve as liaison with our established customer base. Duties to include extensive telephone contact, face to face with our customers and addressing "issues" that may arise over time. Successful candidate will have experience in Telemarketing or demonstrate ability to spend a large span of time communicating on the phone with customers. Genuine, pleasant personality a must.
