Our client, an international facilities management company, is searching for a motivated Customer Relations Manager (CRM) to join a growing team. The CRM will serve as the primary point of contact for the customer and will be responsible for formulating and implementing solutions to meet and exceed the customer’s business and operational needs. Working extensively with our client's experienced Operations team, the CRM will take the lead in delivering operational excellence to our customer and creating value across the customer’s portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a clinical background in the pharmaceutical industry, understand complex operational structures, be a proven and effective manager, and be personally driven to achieve objectives. CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop relationships with key players in the customer organization, including leaders in the Corporate, Operational and Financial departments
- Implement an effective reporting structure to keep leadership informed of customer satisfaction results and any changes in the customer business strategy
- Demonstrate an understanding of customer budget to ensure that they are in compliance with corporate goals and customer expectations
- Successfully understand the customer’s business needs and work with the Operations team to ensure that goals are met
- Lead and influence others, contribute to building a cohesive team and act as a conduit of information between the customer and program staff
- Review current customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and make recommendations to the customer on how to mitigate their risk; develop SOPs with clients when no current SOPs exist
- Review project proposals to determine time frame, funding limitations, staffing requirements, procedures for accomplishing project, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project
- Working with the sales and marketing departments, develop a strategy to grow account business organically and implement a successful sales strategy
- Some travel is required for this position (about 25%)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Clinical experience in the pharmaceutical field is required
- Bachelor’s degree in related field; post graduate designation preferred
- 10 years of relevant experience, including extensive management experience
- Demonstrated success running a department or service company preferred
- Proven skills in the area of budgeting, revenue growth and people development
- Experience managing a large team (150+)
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- The annual base salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $125,000, depending on experience.
- Bonus opportunities exist for up to 10% of annual salary
