Customer Relations Officer Job in Brisbane, Queensland Australia

Our client is a well established financial institution that prides themselves on their reputation for producing returns to their investors. Due to continued growth, they find themselves looking for a Customer Relations Officer to join their team.

As a Customer Relations Officer you will report directly to the Group Financial Controller and be responsible for the following duties:
• Providing exceptional customer services to clients over the phone on products and services
• General administration including handling emails, generating letters to clients and filing
• Data entry
• Account management
• Opening and closing of accounts
• Bank transfers
• Direct debits
• Journal work and reconciliations.

To be successful in this role you must be degree qualified with 1-3 years customer services or administration experience. You will have good attention to detail and a professional outlook. A interest or studying towards a degree in the banking or finanical services sector will be highly advantageous.
