Customer Relations Specialist IT
We're looking for an excellent communicator adept at producing targeted communication material for new releases and who is keen to help develop effective training material to improve customer readiness.
The opportunity
You will support IT projects making sure customer communication, documentation and training for new services is consistent and audience relevant. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing communication and training activities, including but not limited to eLearning sessions, online newsletters, videos, printed documentation, emails, awareness campaigns.
An additional part of your duties will be to develop maintain and periodically improve templates for communication and training that adhere to the corporate identity and provide a clear and consistent experience for our customers including deliverables like mails, manuals and quick reference guides.
About you
Along with your Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, communication, psychology or similar you have at least 2 years work experience in communication and the IT sector with an understanding of IT processes and projects.
Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to establish a constructive collaboration with all project stakeholders. You have concise, target group oriented communication skills
You are familiar with editorial processes, newsletters publication, event management and change management.
Your written and spoken English is of a native-speaker standard.
