Customer Relationship Administrator – Financial Technologies Provider recruitment
Requirements:
• Excellent experience in CRM related activities and roles
• Strong knowledge of KPI management and performance enhancements
• Exposure to contract management and negotiation – knowledge in debt identification
• Understanding of sales related activities: i.e. be able to Identify sales leads and opportunities
• Able to work alongside sales in order to bring in new business
• Good background and previous experience in Customer support is advantageous
• Minimum 3+ years Customer Service Experience, including customer facing responsibilities.
• Good experience in contract management and negotiations
• Financial Industry exposure
• Intermediate level PC skills required, MS Office Suite, Power Point knowledge required.
• Strong use of the English language both written and spoken
