Cultivates and maintains on-going customer relationships. Manages a portfolio of delinquent loans by working with loan modification and disposition specialists to determine solutions that will cure the account in a timely manner. Presents customers with and educates customers on options such as Repayment plans, Special Forbearance, Modifications, Short Sale, or Foreclosure. Responsibilities may include responding to customer, investor, or other 3rd party inquiries, researching, preparing, and/or procuring documentation, or analyzing requests in accordance with established guidelines and determining appropriate course of action. Typically will have more than 3 years mortgage experience.

Primary Default Servicing contact relationship manager with BAC default mortgage customers and their ATP. Assisting customers through loan modificaiton, short sale, deed in lieu and foreclosure processes. Examines residential loan documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with appropriate company and secondary market investor standards. Evaluates credit decisions for accuracy based upon established risk parameters and in accordance with policy, program, and product guidelines. Responds to company, individual, and investor audits. Assists with fraud detection and prevention. Generally has 2-4 years of experience in residential loan underwriting and/or processing.Associate will process loans approved by an Underwriter or an automated decisioning system. The CRM I will have credit signing authority within delegated limits. Will be responsible for clearing conditions and issuing changes to the terms on previously approved loans . Will be responsible for but not limited to verifying conditions of approval which may include, customer income/assets documentation, resolves routine title issues including, but not limited to the following: vesting issues, child support liens, judgment liens, mechanic liens and undisclosed liens reconveyances; may processes subordinations; resolves appraisal disputes; depending on channel, may coordinate closing activities. Maintains a high level of customer service by being proactive in communication with customers, may include banking center associates, realtors, etc
