Role Purpose
To manage customer concerns up to and behalf of Directors ensuring all customers receive timely and informative responses to the IR raised concerns. To support and assist internal stakeholders when a commercial decision has been made. To provide a simply brilliant customer experience to ensure an environment exists where customer loyalty, advocacy, revenue protection / growth and NPS Promotion is the norm.
Key Accountabilities
Customer Resolutions
- Ensuring Complaint Service Level Agreements are achieved in line with our contractual obligations industry standards
- Support Business Account teams in securing new and existing business.
- To be able to prepare a pre-legal CISAS case.
- Manage customer escalations.
- Engage with key stakeholders to ensure that service is provided across all functions with a right fist time ethos.
- Raise and maintain the profile of our key Business customers.
- Sharing best practice and promoting innovation.
- To take responsibility for continued personal development
- To share knowledge and experience by providing support and assistance to stakeholders
