We're looking for Customer Sales Advisors for new roles in one of the UK's leading motoring/breakdown organisations. They are one of the most familiar brand names in the UK, and are experiencing continued success and expansion. This is your chance to join them in their award winning offices in Cardiff City Centre in either full or part time roles.

You will talk with new and existing customers about motor and household insurance. The discussion you will have is an opportunity to sell and service the full range of competitively priced products our client offers. Within the role you will also take calls from prospective customers learning to drive and also instructors interested in becoming part of the client's Driving School, which is growing from strength to strength.

There is also a department that deals specifically with calls in Welsh - so Welsh speakers are welcome to apply.

You will have lots of support to ensure you meet your sales and service objectives. The training you will receive has been accredited by the Chartered Institute of Insurers and is between 4 and 8 weeks in length depending on business area.

The company talks to over 120,000 potential customers every week and you will get a great opportunity to learn new skills and develop your career. Exceptional customer service will be paramount - your job is to provide customers with a great experience and to make them feel special and valued.

Ideally, we're looking for individuals with a diverse range of experience and life skills, who are good communicators and possess excellent telephony experience working within a challenging, customer facing environment. Having a committed, flexible attitude is also essential. You'll be motivated by targets, be able to communicate and relate to customers and colleagues alike, and you will be an effective team player.
