You won’t be making cold calls. Rather, you’ll be contacting existing HSBC customers - taking them through our fantastic range of products and services, and finding ways to help them get even more out of their money. By never losing sight of what your customers need, you’ll not only gain their confidence, but you’ll quickly spot and act upon cross-selling opportunities as well.
To excel, you’ll need confidence, relationship-building skills and bags of personality. You must also be ready to learn, as we provide everyone here with an excellent training programme.
