HAYS are currently recruiting for a Customer Sales Representative with experience of working within an office environment. The successful candidate must be pro-active, have a good telephone manner and able to solve queries.
Job Duties include:
*Processing customer orders
*Providing quotes
*Ensuring each client receives a high standard of customer service
*Allocating stock through internal system and liaising with the warehouse
*Liaising with credit control to manage client accounts
*Resolving customer issues
*Accurate inputting of assigning usage
