Job Description: Customer Service- will be talking with our clients customers regarding past due charges, They will be fact finding, resolving bills (most clients are over charged for some reason. They will be taught how to read bills of lading, freight charges. They will be working with internal managers and external. Customer Service is key. People that have Trucking, Banking, collections background . Will be working with multiple computer screens. They will mentored while being trained.
