Customer Service

We are a well established Home Delivery company in South Mississauga and are seeking a full time person to join our Team. 

Responsibilites include, calling customers and answering phone calls, booking delivery appointments, dealing with customer issues, managing reports, and liasing with drivers.

We are a growing company with a busy fast paced office and we seek an energetic team player who likes a busy environment.  We seek someone with great customer service skills and a good geographical knowledge of the Greater Toronto Area.

This is a full time position that will require some evenings and saturdays as our office is open 6 days a week and till 8pm on weekdays.

Qualifications should include;

experience in customer service
effective verbal and written communication skills
reliability, great organization skills and detail oriented
ability to multi task
proficient computer skills
good knowledge of geographical locations with in the Greater Toronto Area
a positive personality and a good sense of humour
