Auto Travel Counselor/License Clerk

Candidate must be willing and able to work in both the Erie and Harborceek AAA Branch Offices.


Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week

8:30 – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday with some Saturdays required

 

Responsibilities

·         Provides services involving domestic automobile travel and map routings to members.

·         Processes license and title transfer transactions for members.

·         Sells traveler’s checks and various automobile travel related products.

·         Handles new membership sales or renewals.

·         Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

·         Must have excellent human relation skills.

·         Must possess the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

·         PC experience preferred.

·         Criminal background check required.

·         Previous customer service experience is highly preferred.
