In this position you will be responsible for making decisions on new credit card member applications by clarifying and reviewing applicant information and comparing it against established risk and credit guidelines. You will also be responsible for taking inbound calls from internal and external customers so you will need to have strong communication and objection handling skills. There will also be the requirement to make outbound calls for verification purposes or to obtain additional information from customers with regards to their card applications.
The New Accounts team operates Monday- Friday, 7.5 hour shifts between 8:30am -5.30pm, 38hours per week.
