Customer Service / Account Manager

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Agent and Account Executive to join a large local organisation who are continually expanding. 

You will be responsible for:

* Building and maintaining relationships with key clients. 
* Managing a portfolio of clients, being there point of contact. 
* Providing an excellent customer service at all times. 
* Working to agreed customer service targets. 
* Managing customer data, analysing data and running reports to provide back to the customer. 
* Amending any changes with customer details on the system. 
* Liaising with internal colleagues.
* Updating customers and internal colleagues of any pricing changes, new processes or anything that may affect the business. 
* Monitoring the day to day running of your portfolio of clients. 

The ideal candidate should have:

* Previous account management experience is essential. 
* Excellent customer service skills. 
* Computer literate. 
* A confident and pro-active individual
* System: CRM would be an advantage.
