Customer Service/ Administration- LE4
Do you have a working career that combines customer service and administration? Do you have experience scheduling work for engineers and contractors? If so, this company will want to utilise you skills and integrate you into their team. This permanent job is based in Leicester (LE4) and requires a friendly and hard working person to received inbound customer queries and distribute work to the relevant contractors/ staff in order to rectify problems raised by the customer. Salary on offer is £15k and the company is looking to hire someone in September (or ideally asap).
Due to the nature of the work a combination of previous customer service and administration is ideal. Candidates who have had exposure to facilities management or the distribution, allocation or scheduling of work to contractors, engineers or staff will have a major advantage. This job opportunity has arisen due to company growth and will suit a person who has previous phone-based customer service experience combined with administration.
