Job Purpose:
To process case work from enquiry at a pace, quality and efficiency which meets customer requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the development of and maintain a customer oriented culture to enable the company to deliver high quality administrative service.

Process and progress casework and associated tasks as determined by the programme in order to provide a cost effective service within the structure of the Management System.

Co-ordinate with other Customer Liaison Officers in conjunction with Commercial Team Leaders to provide a continuous operational cover to ensure maximisation of resources and consistency of operations.

Maintenance of internal records, files and databases to ensure efficient retrieval of information.
Respond to enquiries and provide relevant information to promote the company to its customers.
Provide support in the setting up and execution of meetings to assist management communications.

Identify and recommend to Commercial Team Leader new technologies, skills and training which could improve support functions£ performance.
Develop and maintain effective support team working across inter-departmental interfaces.
Collate information requested for management information purposes.
