We currently have an opening in Harrisburg, PA for a Customer Service Administrator.  This position will execute the tasks required to achieve the Company’s strategic goals regarding excellent customer service.  Administer a customer order through all phases of the order to cash cycle.  Support other functions within the customer service department as needed.

MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

§  Manage market/regional accounts to ensure compliance to specific and general business guidelines.

§  Verify and update order information to meet configuration, lead time and pricing requirements. 

§  Manage all aspects of the order to cash process insuring error free deliveries and invoices.  Manage the process using primary enterprise system and other applications. 

§  Conduct daily communication on account activity with various supply chain partners such as our field sales team, brokers and third party distribution centers.

§  Manage service level by proactively monitoring product availability and addressing out of stock situations.

§  Provide support to other areas of the customer service department when required.

 

JOB SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:

§  Good working knowledge of integrated enterprise systems (SAP, JDE preferred)

§  Intermediate or better experience with MS Office Products - Word and Excel (other application a plus)

§  Strong knowledge of supply chain/business cycles

§  Ability to work in high volume, fast-pace environment with speed and accuracy.

§  High-energy / self-starter, detail oriented and can apply sound judgment using guidelines and policies

§  Strong ability to interact in team environment or work independently

§  Clear, concise, professional written and verbal communication

§  Long hours and holiday work may be required based on customer demands

 

MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Education:            Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field

Experience:           2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
