Customer Service Adviser (finance)

£10 p/h,
5 Month Temporary contract,
Pentwyn, Cardiff,
Customer Relations Specialist.

One of our leading clients operating in the financial service sector is recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join their expanding team. As a key member of the Contact Centre Team you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to a large customer base.

All interested applications will be responsible for monitoring incoming calls from customers and stakeholders, ensuring that all queries and requests are processed in a professional and timely manner.

In addition to this, you will be required to handle and resolve customer complaints, carryout outbound courtesy calls, direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource and ensure accurate data entry.

Further to this you will be required to communicate and co-ordinate with internal departments, as well as undertake tasks to support the business and team performance.

Also, all successful candidates will be subject to a credit check upon offer.
Working patterns:
Mon-Fri 9am- 2pm OR Mon-Fri 10am - 3pm OR Mon - Fri 930am -230pm / Sat 9am-2pm (will include a weekday off)
