Customer Service Advisor (non- Sales)

Our Client, one of the UK’s leading Financial Services organisations are looking for committed people to join them on a temporary to permanent basis based in their offices in Bletchley. This is a brilliant opportunity if you enjoy working within a service driven environment, with a company that has a genuine drive to be the best in class for its customers.

You will have previous demonstrable customer service experience and be able to take onboard product and process knowledge quickly. You will be confident in taking inbound calls from customers providing them with an efficient and friendly service, dealing with a range of everyday banking needs from a balance request to giving an overview of a new product. Adhering to the FCA requirements, you will assist customers in understanding their requirements and establishing the facts around their current banking or saving needs, explaining the banking information in simple terms. Working towards personal, call centre and customer service objectives you have a genuine passion for delivery customer satisfaction. Naturally you will have the ability to remain resilient when dealing with customer complaints

Working a fully flexible week between 7am and 9pm Monday to Sunday working 3 in 4 weekends (either Saturday or Sunday) with a rest day during the week.
