Customer Service Advisor

Temporary Call Centre/Telesales professionals required for opportunities in Central Milton Keynes. For this position the ideal candidates will have proven customer service experience within an office call centre environment, fantastic customer service skills and be able to commit to a variety of shift patterns Monday to Sunday. This role will offer excellent experience  and a rewarding career within a variety of business sectors including banking, energy and telecommunications.

Delivery of superior customer service 
Respond efficiently and effectively to all customer enquires 
Handle and resolve customer complaints 
Solve customer queries effectively 
Build rapport with external and internal customers 
Target and KPI driven role 

Person Specification
Minimum of 3 years call centre/telesales environment or educated to degree level  
Good listening skills and professionalism required  
Clear and precise communication skills 
Fantastic customer service skills 
Able to commit to various shift patterns Monday to Sunday from 7am to 11pm 
Part-time and Full time shifts required 
Immediate starts required subject to assessment centre 
This role will be subject to additional financial security checks
