Customer Service Advisor

A growing and leading Bank are requiring a part time Customer Service Advisor for their Southampton Branch.

Previous customer service or front of house experience is essential as you will be working as part of a team dealing with customers both over the telephone and on a face to face basis. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to up-sell products and services is essential.

The hours will be as follows:
7 hours on Tuesday
4.5 hours on Wednesday
7 hours on Friday
Saturdays will be on a rotational basis with time given back in leui.
