Customer Service Advisor –
Temporary Call Centre/Telesales professionals required for opportunities in Central Milton Keynes. For this position the ideal candidates will have proven customer service experience within an office call centre environment, fantastic customer service skills and be able to commit to a variety of shift patterns Monday to Sunday. This role will offer excellent experience and a rewarding career within a variety of business sectors including banking, energy and telecommunications.

Person Specification
Minimum of 1 years call centre/telesales environment or educated to degree level
Good listening skills and professionalism required
Clear and precise communication skills
Fantastic customer service skills
Immediate starts required subject to assessment centre
This role will be subject to additional financial security checks

Assessments
Training Monday-Friday 9-5pm at Bletchley for 2 weeks
Shift Patterns
Working Hours – Monday to Sunday between the hours of 07:00 and 23:00
Shift Patterns Available:
Monday - Friday (with 1 in 2 rotational Saturdays OR Sundays)
Saturday - Wednesday
Sunday - Thursday
EITHER- 12-8pm or 1-9pm or 3-11pm
