About our Client

Our client is a key provider in Queensland’s transport sector, engaging in project work, providing timely and accurate information to the general public and for specific member services. They are looking for Customer Service Agent’s to assist their call centre team in Brisbane, to provide more efficient services for both existing and new customers.

Job Description

Our client is seeking a strong Customer Service Representative who can demonstrate:

  • Strong commitment to customer focus and excellent communication skills
  • Experience and the ability to manage a high volume of inbound calls (minimum 100 calls per day)
  • Ability to multitask and have strong word processing skills (minimum 45 wpm)
  • Following policies and procedures to ensure accurate advise is provided
  • Capable of sourcing information in a timely manner to assist customers and clients.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will:

  • Have strong experience in customer service, specifically in a high volume inbound call centre
  • Background and previous experience in insurance or transactional accounts
  • Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, Access (minimum 45-50 wpm)
  • Excellent people skills and phone manner
  • Confident at managing customer enquiries
