Customer service advisor

Our client, one of the largest financial companies, is currently recruiting for Customer service advisors to work in their offices based in Glasgow. You will be the first point of contact for internal customers calling with queries on their loan or mortgage.

Taking calls from customers, you'll handle a huge variety of request and queries, always ensuring the customer receive the best possible advice and experience.

Customer service skills are vital in the role. For many of our customers, you'll be their first point of contact, so you'll need to have a friendly, helpful personality. Whilst previous call centre experience is desirable, it's by no means essential. As long as you're enthusiastic, accurate, and confident on the phone and know your way round a computer, we're sure you'll make a welcome addition to our team.
