Customer Service Advisor (Claims)

Our client, an Insurance company based in the City of London, are looking to recruit an experienced Claims Executive to join their team of 6 Call/Email Handlers and offer a first class customer service.

Acting as the first point of contact for commercial property claims, you can expect to handle 10-15 daily inbound calls and 50+ daily emails from a host of customers, dealing with claims from start to finish. In order to be considered for this role, it is essential that you have the following:

- Experience in handling property claims
- Articulate telephone manner
- Enthusiastic, personable attitude
