British Gas is recruiting for Inbound Customer Service Advisors who proactively help British Gas customers receive a tailored debt resolution based on their individual circumstances.
Our Customer Service Advisors will advise our customers of suitable payment methods, allowing them to plan for future energy consumption.
You must be confident, dynamic, customer focused and professional with a hunger to exceed targets, and to contribute to our culture of growth as part of an innovative team. Your customer service skills will be second to none.
