Customer Service Advisor – Up to £14,000 – Nelson, Lancashire

 

The Role

 

The business is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor with strong experience in client support, account management, and customer relations.

 

The purpose of the Customer Service Advisor role is to provide a right first time level of customer service with a mature attitude in managing medium to high call volumes. As an ambassador for customer service you will take ownership full ownership for customer queries placing yourself in the customers’ shoes.

 

Responsibilities

 

·         Inbound Customer Support – All Customers

 

o        Handle all inbound general customer queries – liaise with other departments where necessary to bring about resolution of the query

o        Amendments or removal of services

o        Amendments or cessation of customer accounts

o        Customer retention when necessary

o        Outbound Customer Contact – Set Customer Base

 

·         Proactive customer account management, including:

 

o        Facilitation of sales leads

o        Welcome calls to new customers

o        Follow-up calls upon resolution of a fault/complaint

o        Retention calls to cease pending/nil-billing customers

o        Customer satisfaction surveys

o        Re-sign customers to new contracts

o        Carry out any ‘ad hoc’ assignments as and when required

o        To be compliant with health and safety company policy and legislation

o        Work towards set targets, KPI’s, goals and objectives

o        Schedule and action all tasks to completion within specified timescales whilst ensuring all systems are kept fully updated for each action and point of customer contact

o        Follow company procedures and deliver high level customer service for maximum customer satisfaction

o        Obtain additional information where possible to maximise customer contact details

o        Maintain a professional appearance, telephone manner and attitude at all times
