People across the UK rely on our products – as part of our customer service team in our Technical Advice Centre you’ll be the voice of the company as you advise UK customers on our decorative paint brands.
As a Customer Service Advisor we don’t expect you to be an instant paint expert – if you’re passionate about our brands and willing to learn we’ll give you all the training you need to be able to answer queries and provide product recommendations as well as handle customer complaints and negotiate settlements working to agreed service standards. What we need from you is a customer-focused approach, decision-making skills, problem solving abilities and the communication skills to convey technical details in a straightforward way - these attributes, complemented by our technical training, will ensure that you resolve queries quickly, efficiently and to the satisfaction of both the customer and our business.
