If you have customer service experience and thrive on being the vital link between company reputation and customer satisfaction then this company is looking for you. This 10 month, fixed-term contract in southwest Leicestershire is a job that needs someone who has the experience to fit in seamlessly and keep this vital service ticking.
Working as part of a small team, you will be fielding inbound calls from a variety of clients as well as making follow up outbound calls. Other general administrative duties such as responding to emails and database house keeping are also required. This vacancy means you will be responsible for ensuring the contractors carry out their work, which in turn means the company meets KPIs and SLAs.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service, contact centre or call centre experience. Related experience within a property maintenance, property management or housing association environment his highly desirable. The salary is £18k, the contract length is 10 months (starting in September) and the working shift pattern is Monday to Friday, 8am-4.30pm or 11.30 am- 8 pm. Onsite parking and bistro are provided.
