Customer Service Advisor/Credit Controller

A job opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor with a well established and growing organisation in Petersfield. My client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor with a background in financial services or the banking industry.

Duties will include:

· Handling incoming calls regarding customer queries
· Engaging with customers through proactive outgoing calls
· Query resolution
· Negotiating payment plans
· Arranging debt repayment
· To ensure accurate customer information is maintained

Key Skills:

· Excellent telephone manner
· Complaint handling
· Problem solving
· Computer Literate
· Good numeracy skills

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within customer service, be confident in dealing with customer queries and complaints, and possess the ability to work pro-actively as well as within a team.
