Customer Service Advisor/Customer Service Executive - Thame

We urgently require Customer Service representatives for our client based in Thame due to continued growth and expansion. This is a temporary to permanent position however you will immediately be treated as part of the team and get the full training and support from the moment you start.

Key Duties:

• To deal with queries via telephone/fax/email
• Make inbound and outbound calls
• Resolve all issues in a professional manner
• Record all actions on internal systems
• Communicate with line managers and other departments.

For this customer service position ideal candidates must have at least 6 months experience in a customer service environment previously. It's essential that candidates have a confident telephone manner and able to communicate of people at all levels.

Salary and Benefits:

• £8 p/hr
• Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm
