The Role

You'll be the first point of contact for our customers and that will involve a lot more than just answering questions - we'll be counting on you to build relationships by providing information on additional products and services and helping customers find the right ones to meet their needs. Hours of work

We are recruiting full-time roles working 35 hours per week. You will be working on a 7 hour rotational shift between 7.00 am to 11.00 pm across Monday to Sunday.

What we will be looking for in you:

You will need excellent listening and communication skills and a high level of motivation as well as previous experience in a customer facing role. A flexible approach and strong team working skills are also required. In addition, as you'll be working in a regulated environment; a high level of numeracy and computer literacy are also essential.

Salary: £13,500 + variable pay + excellent benefits
