We are looking for customer service advisors to work within the Coventry, Rugby and Nuneaton areas.
Do you have experience in answering calls from customers in relation to various enquiries?
We are looking for people who:
* are passionate about delivering excellent customer service
* have good communication skills
* have effective listening skills
* have the ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
* are quick learners with a flexible attitude
You will need to demonstrate the following:
*Recent experience of working within a fast paced customer service environment.
*Keyboard skills
*Good telephone manner
