Customer Service Agent

I am currently recruiting for a Customer Service Agent for a company based on the Team Valley.

The role will involve working in a fast paced team, dealing with inbound calls and providing support within the team. You will be dealing with orders, processing the orders and accurately entering them onto the system. You will be responsible for monitoring orders and also re-scheduling orders in the event of any changes, all whilst delivering excellent customer service. You will also be required to track sales and input and maintain quotes onto SAP.

This is a customer focused role but will involve some administration, the ideal candidate needs to be motivated, positive and have strong attention to detail. You will need to have excellent customer service experience, and also administration experience. Sales experience would also be beneficial. 

This is a fixed term contract for 9 month and is a part time role working 25 hours per week. The hours are between 10am - 3pm or 11am - 4pm Monday - Friday. week.
