THE ROLE … We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Agent to join our Vauxhall based office. This role will be a permanent one.

The hours will be:11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.- 3 days in a week (must include Mondays, Tuesdays and another other day to be arranged). On Saturday, the hours will be 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

 

Your duties will include-

·          Promptly and professionally handling inbound calls and making outbound calls when required; offering exceptional customer service at all times.  

·          Obtain accurate information from customers, updating details/data entry of information.

·          Work to set targets and deadlines.

·          Work within company, regulatory body regulations (Ofcom) and Data Protection Act.

·          Maintain quality and quantity of calls in line with the company’s requirement.

 

THE OFFER … In return we offer a package of £16,000 basic (which will go up to £18,000 on successful completion of probation). Besides, we have up to £250 monthly performance bonus. The package will be pro-rated.

THE PERSON … The ideal candidate will have previous Customer Service experience within a call centre environment (essential). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management skills and basic Word and Excel skills will be preferred.
